Delete Account & Associated Data

If you wish to permanently delete your Laboratory Account, staff profiles, and all associated diagnostic databases, please fill out the form below. This form files a request with the PathLab Pro operator, who verifies it and then purges the account and its data — normally within 48 hours of your confirmation.

This deletion policy applies to the PathLab Pro mobile application, developed by the PathLab Pro Development Team.

Steps to Request Data Deletion

Fill out the request form below with your registered Name, Email, and Lab name, then click Submit. You will get a reference number — keep it.
We reply to your registered email address to verify that the request came from the account owner. Reply to that email to confirm.
On your confirmation, the laboratory’s cloud records and the account profile are purged, normally within 48 hours.

Data Retention & Deletion Scope

Wiped: all patient demographics, diagnostic parameters, referred doctors, test groups, billing profiles, and generated PDF reports are permanently deleted from Cloud Firestore.
Authentication: your Firebase Auth sign-in for this app is deleted, so the account can no longer be accessed.
Retention Policy: Backups and temporary system logs may be retained for up to 30 days for forensic diagnostic security, after which they are permanently overwritten.

Requests are rate-limited to keep this queue trustworthy: one request every 10 minutes, and at most three in 24 hours from the same browser.
